This Timex Watch (but not any battery, crystal, band, or strap) is warranted to the owner for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase against defects in manufacture by Timex Corporation. Timex will not repair defects relating to servicing not performed by Timex Corporation. This limited warranty applies to US Customers.

Not what I ordered, BUT
I ordered a girl's watch, but the watch my granddaughter received was a boys watch! However, she loves it just the same so we did not attempt to return it.
Great, but prefer velcro closure!
Very sweet watch for my son, but it doesn't have a velcro closure. It has a band that goes thru a silver buckle type thing. Velcro would have been better, but it's still a great watch at a great price, and the band is comfy and stretchy.
